Add a feature where clients are booked for 10-15 minutes before they are scheduled to see the service provider as intake time. As a piercing studio, this helps us go over jewelry and documentation prior to the piercer meeting with them for their service. We have tried to ask clients to come in a bit earlier, but that doesn't work. We are currently using processing time, but that has been really tricky for online booking. Basically it would be a processing time booked at the beginning of each client's session rather than in the middle.

Leviticus would like the ability to add a client preferred name as well as legal name to their client profiles. They need to keep legal name information, but would like to send client comms using only the preferred name. Setup similar to employee names and alias.
