Alert when Booking Online
Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

YES!! BLVD needs to have one key identifier (such as the phone number that is less likely to change vs an email as people might use a work email or change their email - a cell phone number tends to be less likely to change) so that there is ONE consistent identifier and people are less likely to create duplicate accounts.
