It would be nice to have Account Credits be specified to certain products or services. For example, there currently IS a field in their profile that says "redeemable on" and the answer is always "everything." You cannot change what it can be used towards (i.e. redeemable on "peels only" or "Botox only") as Boulevard is currently configured.

Yes, the custom policy link should appear in their text confirmations instead of the default Boulevard amount

You can currently do this if you type their number in where the magnifying glass is in the top left (as long as its the same number on the client's profile)

Commenting for more traction on this idea. Yes, as many have said, we send post-care instructions and the patients are not able to access them after their appointment is complete.
