The history tab is hard to navigate. Especially when there are vouchers involved. It would be nice to be able to visualize where the vouchers were used to track this a bit better.

In other programs, there is a face template that shows the general position you should hold the camera/phone, this would help us make sure B&As are consistent

Having the signature at the bottom is great, but it would be nice to have them initial for important information we want to stress.

We have patients that have weekly appointments for medications, and it would be helpful to be able to add entries to the same chart weekly. This way our providers can see the trends in medication side effects, weight, and dosages over weeks instead of having to enter each chart separately.

We have a post care form that I would like to add, but when the client "submits" the form, it would not be able to be reopened in the client portal. If they could still click into the form and be able to view without editing, this would be ideal. Thanks!
