Waitlist Automatically Reach Out To Clients When There Is An Opening
Once I get a list of people on my waitlist and there is a cancelation I would like a text to be sent out saying "Hello! We had an appointment at 2pm come available. First to reply Yes will book this appointment. If you're not free, please ignore this message."

If a time becomes available in the schedule and there is someone waiting on the wait list that could fit in the spot, an alert for the front desk would help fill the spot. Or even better- an automatic text/email to the person on the wait list to tell them to book it online.

This would be so helpful. I rarely have time to sit and check the waitlist and then message people, wait for them to reply etc etc etc. Auto doing it would be amazing.

When a customer asks to be added to the waitlist for a specific service/ provider/ etc, they should be automatically notified if those criteria are met and the provider is available. That way, the client knows as soon as the appointment opens up and they have the best possible chance of booking online. The current system is no more helpful than me having a bunch of post-it notes on my desk to remind me to check in with each client if their requests are available in a given day. As a very busy shop location, it is impossible for me to provide this instant service to clients.

There is a service doing this called Get Me In RN, would be great if you could implement this as a part of your system!
