Enhanced staff performance reports

Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.

For instance filters such as:

Total service sales
New guests
Total guests
Total retail sales
Total retail units
% guests purchasing retail
Add on units
Add on $ sales
Rebooking %
Utilization %

This would allow us to set goals and to have to ability to have staff concentrate on certain things. New staff need to worry about rebook % and % guest purchasing retail, while existing staff might need to concentrate more on utilization rates and add ons. Having just service $ and retail $ doesn’t really lend much to behavior coaching.

    I believe you can do some of this in beta reports by giving access to a particular report to a team member. That's our work around.

    It would be great if service providers could view their reports on the mobile app. We have shared individual reports to certain staff and they can only view the report results if they log into the website on a desktop or in the phone browser (which is super tiny and inconvenient).

    Update the staff performance report to pull more details on staff hours.
    Specifically: Add hours scheduled, hours blocked, timed clock hours (from time clock classic report), and then hours of booked services

    When using the staff performance report and filtering to show just new clients or just returning clients, the gross sales shows the total for both even though the filter only has one or the other selected. They want to be able to view to gross sales separately.

    report for a service provider is not useful to them when their total revenue is not their total pay when people use vouchers on their service at checkout!!
