Clock in/out with PIN
It would be great if each person had to enter a PIN/Password before they could clock in so that it is strictly that persons timecard they are looking at. On a daily basis someone will accidentally clock someone else in/out while they are trying to clock themselves in/out. Also would be great for tracking attendance and tardiness because the way it is set up now ANY random person can clock someone else in/out and I have personally witnessed a stylist clock in another person who was not actually in the building.

And can we please allow our team members to clock in and out on their phones!! We only have one desk computer and making staff clock in on the desktop app only is a pain.

Having a QR code login that can be scanned for each employee would be great. Also, a widget on the phone for easy access would make our lives a lot easier at the front desk. Also, possibly, a code at clock-in on iPad as a way to do this.

also, using their pin to log in to see the schedule/check a client out etc so we can track who did what if our receptionist isnt the one checking them out

I would really like it if the iPad was used more. If there was a hudden button in the Duo app to clock in and out and then use the iPad's camera to optical scan a barcode to confirm identity, this would make this a pretty substantial timeclock system. Or swipe in the Duo, or scan an NFC puck on Duo. Just something that isn't two employees relaying to each other, "can you clock me in early today?"
I would want to add employee driver's license barcodes into blvd so that there is much lower likelihood of people clocking each other in and out or using each other's pins. Hourly wages are getting very high and even 5 minutes of cheating here and there really adds up.

Clocking in and out should also be RESTRICTED by the IP address of the salon. Allow employees to access their app, data, schedule appointments, etc... but ONLY allow them to clock in and out from the physical location.

It's very hard for stylists to clock themselves in and out because the front desk is generally logged in, then have to sign out and re-sign in when they do the same, and type in the long email and password. It takes too much time to go from one person to the next especially when you have multiple people that need to clock in at once.
