Invoices!!!
If patients only pay partial or have issues at checkout it would be nice to be able to send an inovice so we do not lose track of payments needed

It is strange that BLVD, which services numerous other industries where invoicing/open accounts and on-line processing of web based payments, has ignored that function inside BLVD for this industry.
I understand there are paperwork arounds, and integration of other web based payment portals that can be 'made to work', but the reason we went with BLVD was for total integration in one platform. Not that we can integrate/link other systems to patch holes!
My question to all of you is, how do we put a thumbtack under BLVD management to implement this coding??? I have not had the time to investigate their management structure or understand their decision making process... they are very professional and responsive otherwise... just blind, at the moment, to this essential aspect of our industry... which they need to have to retain future new customers (especially as new organizations get wind of this missing in BLVD)... and to keep/retain those of us that have already taken on BLVD.
Thoughts, ideas... anyone?

New to Boulevard, we are in the camp of missed this feature not being available and now having major regrets. The amount of scenarios where we need to invoice are multitude. Never mind the system froze today with our first time using it with a new patient - after trying everything imaginable, I finally said let's not keep you, we'll invoice you! Having no idea we cannot. I saw another post of this saying the requests go back years for this feature. I'm a little shocked because you pretty much insist we use your payment system, otherwise we could have kept square up as our system - I really had no beef with them. Please fix asap. Going to keep an eye on other people's workarounds, but having a secondary system was one reason we consolidated - to avoid having to have multiple apps running for transactions. Yet here we are! Oof.

We just switched to BLVD from vagaro and realize this is a huge issue for us. I already have two clients I have to keep track of. I have heard this is in the works and I'm just hoping it comes soon.

Hmmmm.... this is a BIG outage for us, found this 'UserVoice' Forum and under 'Invoices!!!' it appeared the first post was by "Marisa DuBose shared this idea · Dec 5, 2024".... however going back through all the post it started May 2020!!!
Seriously five (5) years of people asking for this and it is still not available?!?!?
What is the real backstory on why BLVD does not offer this????

We too are new to BLVD... love it but this is a major outage for us and we missed it before moving over. We need a work around now, and a first class solution sooner than later.
We have patients who forget their wallet... and we want to invoice and let them pay at home. We have others who order products over the phone with us and want to be invoiced and pay so they can send their friend in to pick it up. Taking their card over the phone is not a good option... a) risk of others hearing the info, it being written down and found in the trash b) does not seem 1st class / professional in today's world. We don't want or need an online store. Just the ability to set up an order, invoice for it and get paid by the customer at their convenience.
We are looking into a short term work around using the 'booking deposit' in BLVD... so that shows BLVD can take payments online, just not create and invoice, email it and then get paid. The patient would have to select the service/product and we would have to have it coded as requiring 100% deposit... but that is cryptic at best.
BLVD is by far the Cadillac of systems, but Vagaro (we switched from) which is like a Swatch Car if you will, and is not at all focused on this industry, DOES IT... sure they don't do much else.... but come on BLVD this is NECESSARY for this industry.

I could not agree more!! This is a feature I wish I would have asked about before switching to Boulevard! It is so critical for my business to be able to collect virtual payment from clients and not everyone feels comfortable sharing their card information or storing one on file!

we need invoices as of yesterday! I have a lot of products being sold that I had switched from a platform that it allowed me to do it and I didn't realize this wasn't an option when moving to here!!

We NEED Invoicing as an option badly! Especially when we are shipping products to patients whether they be in town or out of town. THIS IS A MUST!

I would like to be able to send invoices and have an option to take a deposit on the invoice which would be different from client to client.

I would love invoices for package and product sales, I see myself constantly using my older system to bill for packages and products specially with afterpay available.

We do not need invoices at all...but if you are going to do them PLS consider making them very flexible so we could modify them so that they could be used to generate super bills- we would need to put on npi for biz, provider, and all the codes and lic numbers etc...you can reach out to me if you need more details.

It would be great to be able to take in monies and then allocate them to products and treatments, then if not paid in full that order stays open and can be flagged or filtered and remaining payment can be taken in order for order to be closed out.

When clients late cancel or no show, they tend to block their cards afterwards so we aren't able to charge it.

We need invoices to be available to be sent via text and or email for clients services such as hair extensions, services, etc.
