As a Medical office I cannot STRESS how important this is!!! being able to message other staff directly from a clients profile would be ideal so they can know who it pertains to and click right there to link to that profile. Just being able to send inner office messages on the platform everyone is using all day long would be a game changer!

Yes, businesses NEED access to utilizing this feature and the add on cost is INSANE! We understand BLVD is a business too, but this is like offering a key necessity as a new feature and then handicapping us to utilize it.

It would be great to be able to take in monies and then allocate them to products and treatments, then if not paid in full that order stays open and can be flagged or filtered and remaining payment can be taken in order for order to be closed out.

Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!
Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

To my knowledge clients must login to their Online portal in order to opt into TEXT/EMAIL Marketing and this makes things difficult. Or find an easier way to invite them via a link or...

currently clients can only Opt-In to Text Marketing via logging into their online client profile or online booking. It would be efficient/ideal for the practice to inquire on their New Client Intake Forms. It would w/out a doubt yield a higher client Opt-In overall and create ease both for practice as well as clients.

As a Med Spa this is paramount!!!!! I'm shocked more haven't suggested or voted on this! Our staff spends a ridiculous amount of time preparing clients recommendations for products and services and them having to look up pricing and offer promotional offers ect... and even just to print it or save as PDF it condenses it in a way that just looks horrible and smashed all together!!!! Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaaassssseeee make this a TOP priority it plays such a huge roll in client retention and ROI it should be considered HIGH PRIORITY! Thank You!
