YES!!! I just found all my internal reviews and did not realize they weren't going to my Google business. I was told it would be direct to Google but wow to find out that is not right is not fun. This needs to change ASAP because like someone else said, clients don't realize this is internal. Most clients aren't going to take another step to submit to Google or even realize that they have to do that
