   We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

   It's horrible. These settings should be exposed to the individual businesses. Too many things require a tier 2 support change that should be switches in the management features.

   Ability to share vouchers like memberships or re-add to a membership for sharing purposes. Ability to convert a voucher to a different service - set up conversion rates - we have 30/60/90 minute appts. Ability to use 2 30 mins to redeem against a 60 min. Can add vouchers to a gift card in check out but can't sell Giftcards with Vouchers online... WHY???!?!?
