Would it be possible once we get to the point where appointments get small due to overcrowding on the calendar page to have the icon indicators be vertical instead of disappearing?
That way we can still have the VIP/Favorite/Repeat Customer indicators shown even if we can't see the name

We usually have packages for guests around the holidays that include several services. Would like a way for me to bundle services into one appointment other than booking everything separately like usual. After holiday season we are going to have several appointments booked for our packages purchased for the holidays. It would be nice to have them available on the online booking as well.

We are trying to create an offer and it's a reward we offer in house. $20.00 off when they buy a certain amount of products and they have the cards we use. When I put the offer in the system, they can use it towards a service or products. how do I make it so the 20.00 comes off the full total not each item?

Aside from inventory adjustments, also be able to mass edit: Desired quantity, product name, unit cost, etc… Makes it so easy to know where you're at instead of bouncing between screens

We run a promotion during the holidays that gives the client 20% for every $100 up to $1000. Any gift cards for $1000 or more we add 25%. Clients really gravitate to the idea of "adding value", we're giving them more instead of the idea that we're charging them less... Marketing... If it's not possible to tier, that's fine we can adjust, but would like to be able for an Offer to Add value to the total the guest selects. Buy $100, get $120

The waitlist options online are confusing clients into thinking the staff has no open times even when they have 5 hours of availability on a day. Multiple times clients have reached out to stylists saying there's no openings when they have plenty of availability. It would be great to have the Waitlist at the bottom with a note: "if you're not seeing a day/time you'd prefer please join the waitlist and our team will reach out in the event of an opening"

We have quite a few clients in the salon that book out for the year, so a feature to be able to quickly print out a client's standing appointments for the year would be super helpful one day.

Front desk isn't always paying full attention and have accidentally double booked a resource. Would be nice if there was a small pop-up or alert to let them know prior to confirming the booking

Would like a way to call out the Green Circle Salon fee when someone is booking online or add it to the booking process or confirmation so clients aren't totally blindsided by the fee when they check out.

Fee has a negative connotation and being able to change the name or call it "Ecco Fee" or something that better showcases what it is positively to customers would be nice

Staff need better notifications/alerts/something in the app to announce Booking notes that come in from Online Booking. Right now, unless they check their email (they don't) or are looking at a desktop there's no way to know a note has been left. Some notes are minor, but some are important more than a day in advance

Because of COVID we need to add sanitation time to the end of each appointment, but if it's tied to the service then you could potentially be adding 30m -1h of unnecessary transition time to a stylist day and cutting down on availability for bookings
For a spa that does high volume of product sales we receive a discount on wholesale. Would like to be able to enter our cost into product details as well as unit cost and retail price. Then have a report that would let us see how our margins compared to the wholesale margin without our discount
