Client is able to choose multiple waitlist dates
I have had clients ask if they can choose multiple dates or chunks of time to be waitlisted rather than one day at a time.

Being able to choose multiple of morning, afternoon & evening when selecting a specific date on the waitlist would be super helpful when adding a client.
Also not sure why I'm not notified of openings that becomes available after adding a client. If it's being sent to the client, they never appear to see it and I would prefer to let them know of the availability via phone.

Also, we always get clients who add themselves on the waitlist on the day we are CLOSED... or when a staff member isn't working. It would be fantastic if the waitlist didn't allow those days (especially on a day that we aren't open) to be an option.

It would be beneficial if the client could put themselves on a waitlist for a date range. Such as This week anytime at 11am - 5pm. :)

Alert the patient when an appointment becomes available in their time range.
Waitlists needs ranges of dates and ability to select a specific day of the week that works for the client.
Waitlists need to automatically alert clients when an appointment becomes available for their date range

Many clients would like to be on the waitlist for the first available appointment within a specific date range, on a certain day of the week, or specifically on weekends. Being able to specify these details would make the waitlist feature more efficient. Being able to see the notes without having to click each waitlist entry would also maximize efficiency.

Clients should be able to select their own date ranges that are already viewable without taking the extra step of clicking on a note for when they would like an appointment. Even more important is for requests to automatically be removed after the selected dates pass as this may help the waitlist page load faster.

We need to be able to add date ranges for the waitlist. Manually entering every single date within the range is tedious, inefficient, and confusing.

It should be possible to add a date range in which a client wants to book an appointment rather than one day or totally open.

Able to add multipe days and times to the client's waitlist. In booker this is an option to have multipe days and times showing instead of the block times of morning, afternoon or night

The waitlist options online are confusing clients into thinking the staff has no open times even when they have 5 hours of availability on a day. Multiple times clients have reached out to stylists saying there's no openings when they have plenty of availability. It would be great to have the Waitlist at the bottom with a note: "if you're not seeing a day/time you'd prefer please join the waitlist and our team will reach out in the event of an opening"

Hello!
We are currently using our waitlist only on the backend, and often have guests just wanting the first available time slot, not a specific date or time. Would it be possible to add this as an option for the Business Dashboard?

When someone wants to be on the waitlist, they usually want almost ANY available slot that opens up; they're not necessarily waiting for a specific day and time. It would be much more useful if the waitlist were triggered by a spot opening up that's long enough for a waitlist client. As it is currently, the waitlist is basically unusable unless someone wants a specific date and time. (At least make the date/time an option on the waitlist instead of a requirement?)

Clients have an appointment booked for end of july but would like to come in sooner if opening, would be great if waitlist could be for range of dates instead of having to put in each day individually.

Adding a specific date range ie. June 21-Aug 30 and adding day of the week preferences ie. only available Mondays and Wednesdays

waitlisting based on appointment times instead of the ST would be more effective, and hosts can make a note of a requested ST
use cases: cindy wants to visit noho or nomad between 6-8pm on monday or tuesday for a 50 min treatmentcindy wants to visit noho with stephanie a. at 7pm on mondaycindy wants to visit stephanie a. on monday
if waitlist option opens up, 'ghost' appointment appears for host to accept or reject to fill that waitlist need -> host accepts, timeslot is not available to be selected online or by host for another appointment, sends communication to client saying, we have an opening at ___. to accept, reply Y, or reject and wait for another appointment, reply R, to cancel waitlist reply W. you have x hours to respond -> client responds Y, appointment is booked.
