    We want to report on what services are booked in a specified date range and more extensive booked appointment data in general. Only booked forecast by day and staff reports are available in the classic reports

    Compile a list of future appointments in a specific time frame with appointment details and client contact info. With COVID-19 re-opening, we want to make sure our clients are emailed with instructions one day/few hours prior to their appointment.

    When the offer code is set up to auto-apply for a special promotion, the offer is not auto-applied in self booking. Please surface the discount to the client so that they are aware that the discount has been applied

    Because our memberships allow for an unlimited amount of services, we created a workaround for an auto-apply discount to apply at the time of self-booking, but the discount does not auto-apply for self-booking and only at checkout on dashboard.

    Include add-on services on appointment confirmation emails. Only the main service is shown on the confirmation at this time

    We would like to be able to redeem a specific amount of points/dollars for an order. For instance, rather than $11, we can redeem just $5.

    When service A and B are booked ie. Haircut and Color, there should only be 1 finishing time after service B is complete. On the booking widget, remove finishing time from service A when it is booked with another service that also has a finishing time.

    When a client books 2+ services with transition times on each, the booking widget should allow client to book the second service at the start of the transition time of the first.

    Once the gift card recipient is entered through the booking widget, we are unable to update and resent the gift card to a different recipient. There are many instances where the purchasing client inputs their own information for recipient fields.

    Majority of the time, gift cards are purchased for friends/family as a gift and it confuses our clients when they do not have an option. If there is a way to edit the e-gift card email and to trigger an email when purchased in-person, the client can forward that "receipt" to their family/friend ie. "You just received a gift from ____" with gift card code and balance.

    When a client arrives, we would like to change the color on the calendar view or indicate clearly so that we can check at a glance.

    For the holiday season, we offer a BOGO gift card promotion. If you buy 1 gift card, you get the second for 50% off ie. one $100, second $50 for $100 value. We do not want to process two different orders for one client especially during the holiday chaos.

    When a client gets service A and service B in the same appointment, we discount $10 off their entire order. So instead of paying $70, it's $60. I set up the Offer as $10, and the only category to include is Conditioning which our treatments are under.

    When you apply the Offer at checkout, it discounts every treatment $10 equaling $30. We need to include Conditioning, but also can't exclude certain treatments because there's 15 different combos of these services a client could be getting.

    Highlight the date the provider is available on date picker (calendar) so that the client can jump to that specific date to book appointment.

    As cancellations directly impact our sales, we want to be able to track the amount of self-cancellations and when and why they are happening. The Appointment Service Records report in BETA has the information in there, but is not easily readable with IDs. We would need these translated into client name, service name, staff name etc.

    Need a report for new bookings and which operator/staff booked these appointments. It is essential to keep track of our booking coordinators and see how many services they book in real time.

    When a service provider has no access to the client contact info (privilege group setting) but has access to contact center, they can see the client's phone number

    The booking widget currently opens in a new window and redirects to www.dashboard.boulevard.io (http://www.dashboard.boulevard) and also redirects the parent window (the website) to the booking widget as well. It makes it difficult for the client to get back to our website to learn more about the studio since it appears that both windows are now for booking.

    Adding a specific date range ie. June 21-Aug 30 and adding day of the week preferences ie. only available Mondays and Wednesdays

    When a virtual consultation is booked, the client would be sent a meeting link via Zoom or Google Meets depending on the calendar integration.
