Auto-applying promo codes when client books online
When we create a promo code, we want the option to auto-apply this code when this client books online with us. For example, if we create a 20% off promo code for a specified service or with a specified service provider to run a promotion for new staff or new service, this code would be auto-applied when that client uses it in the booking widget. Only the staff + services we select will display on the booking widget.

Implement auto-apply for offers in the self-booking flow, that would allow you to set up an offer that would auto-apply if the time you've selected is between 1–2pm for example.

I am going to put a separate post for this...but BLVD should act more like a marketing tool, and SHOW auto-applied discounts while booking to drive traffic.

Sent out a marketing email for discounted gift cards with the intention of it auto applying to only find out after that is not available through self booking.

When the offer code is set up to auto-apply for a special promotion, the offer is not auto-applied in self booking. Please surface the discount to the client so that they are aware that the discount has been applied

Because our memberships allow for an unlimited amount of services, we created a workaround for an auto-apply discount to apply at the time of self-booking, but the discount does not auto-apply for self-booking and only at checkout on dashboard.

Its nice that you can autoapply discounts for appointments made online, but it should show them that it is applying in the cart/email, not just at the time of checkout. Customers will not realize they are getting the discount and complain they didnt get the discount that was advertised, or wont know the math even if you say it will be applied when they checkout in the salon.
