An error occurred while saving the comment James Bohan-Pitt commentedEvery time a member changes membership it is treated as a cancellation not a modification and retention. When can you change this? Cancellation numbers are not accurate because of this. We need to track REAL cancellations not ones we are forced to do to simply change their membership level.

However, we need the ability to ensure that clock in CANNOT happen until a set time set by management. On the converse, there needs to be a clock out to that stops people logging unnecessary late hours. The working hours are tied to payroll and it's essential that staff on not able to clock out late or in early to expand their wage.

We need to NOT take deposits from MEMBERS when they book services as they use service vouchers to pay for the service vs deposit monies. Deposits need to be charged however for NON-MEMBERS.
