Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.
On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients. A member of our support team will be reaching out to work with you on how best to adjust…

An error occurred while saving the comment Billy C commentedThere is already an incoming call number that is processing calls and missed calls, there is already SMS texting built into BLVD. The glaring missing feature is sending an automatic text message to missed calls that come through the booking line. Doing something like this using other services requires a 10-30 day SMS registration with fees, etc.
BLVD already has the appropriate clearance so this should be a no brainer addition within the existing infrastructure so we can send booking links to missed calls and other information.

An error occurred while saving the comment Billy C commentedWe have been using 100% Booking Deposit but would prefer to have everyone pay $50 non-refundable booking fees for their entire appointment.
Right now there is no way to do that as we can only set on the basis of each service. So 100% each service, 50% each service, and if we did a fixed amount it would be multiplied by the fixed amount. We just want an option to have them pay a fixed amount per entire cart of an appointment.

Billy C supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Billy C commentedIt's absurd that something as simple as mass editing has not yet been implemented. Option groups should be able to be created and applied to multiple services to be edited one time. Having to duplicate each option group for every single service and double check every one to make sure they were all edited is unbearable and inexcuseable this day in age where every database can be edited in that fashion easily. Tasks can take an hour when they should take less than 5 minutes. And single changes could take seconds instead of minutes.
Option groups is the main issue but other things such as selecting a bunch of services and bulk applying a transition time, etc. These are rudimentary features that I can't beleive are still missing.
I distinctly remember the salesperson saying by the end of 2020 Boulevard should have all the features you would expect from other platforms. This one is a glaring oversight and creates a LOT of friction when making menu changes or adjusting anything.
Its nice that you can autoapply discounts for appointments made online, but it should show them that it is applying in the cart/email, not just at the time of checkout. Customers will not realize they are getting the discount and complain they didnt get the discount that was advertised, or wont know the math even if you say it will be applied when they checkout in the salon.
