Send automated message after missed phone call
Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

I like the idea for any calls that forwarded to the business phone numbers but then were routed to a voicemail that a text is sent to them with online booking link.
I am unsure if the booking line infrastructure can detect that though.
In any case if calls are forwarded from by the booking line during CLOSED hours then the logic would make sense to dispatch a text saying that, "there's a chance you're calling us when we're closed, there are many self service options to book available through this link here, otherwise leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you when we're back open"

There is already an incoming call number that is processing calls and missed calls, there is already SMS texting built into BLVD. The glaring missing feature is sending an automatic text message to missed calls that come through the booking line. Doing something like this using other services requires a 10-30 day SMS registration with fees, etc.
BLVD already has the appropriate clearance so this should be a no brainer addition within the existing infrastructure so we can send booking links to missed calls and other information.
