Online Booking - Make it clear card is for holding reservation
a lot of our online booking clients assume they have already paid for their services when booking online because they can add tip and input CC details. Many are confused because there is not a message saying that it is only holding the reservation for the appointment. Can there be a statement saying no charge is complete until day of service?

I can't even tell you how many almost arguments we've had and people pulling up their bank info looking back to see if they were charged, It is awkward and uncomfortably to everyone involved including other customers. Do you think these people rebook with us after having such a negative experience?
