Color appointments by status

We're transitioning from a different booking software that would highlight appointments that were actively in progress in a completely different color as soon as clients were checked in. This helps us keep track of how many folks we're juggling at any given time, and has been jarring to NOT have in Boulevard.

It would be nice if the appointments changed color when they were checked in. Not just the different color for different services but they all change to one color or shade like they do with checking out. It would be easier to see who was checked in visually

This would be incredibly helpful to our front and back staff to coordinate flow of office

Can you please offer a color for a client being in the building or arrived, as well as a color for "confirmed", "cancelled", "late", etc?

Change color of the appointment when the client has checked in so that it is easier for the service providers to see that their client is here.

when a client checks in it would be nice if they were in bold/hilited/some type of difference on the calendar view to differentiate from others

A lot of our front desk staff are highly visual, and we are switching over from a software, albeit antiquated, that did have this change of color on appointments. It would change to a color for confirmed, vs just a symbol, and for arrived, and checked out. This was extremely helpful in the fast pace at our salon. Maybe even a transparency level could be a good visual aid, if not a full color change that could be assigned.

It would be helpful if when you checked in a client and started their service it would change colors on the calendar to help you have a better visual of where everyone is at.

The icon is really not enough for us, hah. It's so tiny.

The color of the appointment should change once the client has arrived in shop. It is really helpful to stylists to glance at the computer and see if their client is here or not. Either make all the other appointments a darker color so the client checked in is the brighter version, or our old system made all checked in client bright yellow.

When a client arrives, we would like to change the color on the calendar view or indicate clearly so that we can check at a glance.

It would be helpful if there was a color change or shade change once a client is marked as arrived to be more noticeable
