Allow clients to book group appointment with the same provider or allow back-back booking as a "group appointment". Each business is unique and such customization would allow all of us to benefit from the "Group appointment" option

Alert the patient when an appointment becomes available in their time range.
Waitlists needs ranges of dates and ability to select a specific day of the week that works for the client.

Some services are charged by the unit and we cannot give a client a price until they come in person. We need to be able to charge straight $ amount deposits.... This is a must!

Administrators/Managers should be able to have the option to get notification when appointments are booked. Not just service providers.

Let us upload our own designs for gift cards. The ones that are currently available look like someone made them in Microsoft Paint in the 90s. Branded and customized gift cards are a must for any gift cards

Sometimes clients ask for additional services during an appointment. We would like to have the ability to assign any form to an existing appointment. or at least have the ability to have forms assigned to add-on services.
