Have a photo present to the patient's profile rather than having to go into the patients chart and looking in that gallery.

There's not an option here to attach a photo example, but we need the ability to take and/or upload a photo of each client. This is a MUST!!!

Can you please put a picture of them along with their age next to their name when their file is opened up.

The ability to upload a client profile photo so we know who they are. Kind of like the provider photos but we'd see their faces. Clients can upload their own photo as well on their client portal.

This would be so helpful in oder to be able to remember clients easily especially in a high volume office. Great idea!

I think a photo should be chosen to appear beside their name. When you have over a thousand clients, it would be a great time saver if their picture would be directly beside their name. This will help staff to know they have the correct client and learn their names/faces in a timely manner.

Why the hell don’t we have profile pictures for clients in the system?!
Seriously… we deal with hundreds of names, and it would make a HUGE difference to put a face with the name. 🧠📸

Not only would it help us remember people better, but it levels up the entire client experience. Imagine being greeted like a regular at your favorite bar—“Hey Lisa!” instead of “Uhh…what’s your name again?”

Even more important: We should be snapping a quick pic every time they leave their appointment.
Why? Because it:
• Tracks their hair journey 📈
• Helps us recommend services or products
• Gives us fire content for social (with permission)
• And shows them we give a damn about how they look walking out of Tease 💁‍♀️✨

I want to be able to add client photos to the round circle that currently holds their initials.

There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

For Med spa's, this is part of their HIPAA compliance work flow. This allows them to confirm the person standing in front of them is in fact the client they are treating
