Ability to charge a percentage of total services for Green Circle fees to increase/decrease proportionately based on expenses of services

Is it possible to pre-populate the $2 Green Circle fee during all checkout transactions so that it doesn't need to be manually added?

Would like a way to call out the Green Circle Salon fee when someone is booking online or add it to the booking process or confirmation so clients aren't totally blindsided by the fee when they check out.

Fee has a negative connotation and being able to change the name or call it "Ecco Fee" or something that better showcases what it is positively to customers would be nice

Ability to apply a custom credit card fee to total received gratuity for staff to pass through the fees associated with gratuity applied on a credit card.
