Wait list should not be available for days the particular staff are not scheduled or booked.
It should only show provider potential availability for times that are already scheduled booked for a staff member.

At least blocking for days the business is not open would be a base level start! We end up with people waiting for days that we literally have no people working.

Yes, if there is no shift because the provider is not working , it gives the client false hope that there is a possibility that they could get in. It should let the client know that that practitioner has no availability that day and either refer them to a different provider or a day that that person is working.

Clients should not be able to add themselves to the waitlist on days when the service provider is not working.
