  2. There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

  3. The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.

  7. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  9. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  11. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  12. The business wants the ability to add symbols such as + or - when entering the cost. For an example: $40.00 is the list price but they want it to say $40.00+ as the cost may be more then what is being shown

  13. I would love if there was a way that we could set up relationships between clients. Clients sometimes call and say they share a 'membership' or credit card with their husband and we have to ask the name and info of the husband etc. Or another example is someone wants to book an appointment for their 'sister' and there's no way to link the accounts. It would be much easier if we could see who a client is 'related' to in our system.

  14. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  15. Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.

  18. Please create a "mark message as unread" option! This will help tremendously with how often we get interrupted mid-correspondence to assist with in-person clients. Also it doesn't seem to save a draft of your message when you leave the screen and come back.

  19. I would like to be able to see who moved appointments with time and employee information. It would also be great if certain privilege groups were allowed to move appointments and others weren't allowed to.
