  2. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   3. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  4. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  5. It would be so helpful to have an icon on the appointment on the calendar page that shows if a client has NOT filled out all of their forms - rather than having to click into the client + their forms tab to see if they've filled them out every time.

  6. We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

  7. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  9. I would love if there was a way that we could set up relationships between clients. Clients sometimes call and say they share a 'membership' or credit card with their husband and we have to ask the name and info of the husband etc. Or another example is someone wants to book an appointment for their 'sister' and there's no way to link the accounts. It would be much easier if we could see who a client is 'related' to in our system.

  10. I would like to be able to see who moved appointments with time and employee information. It would also be great if certain privilege groups were allowed to move appointments and others weren't allowed to.

  11. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  12. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  13. Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.

  14. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  15. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  16. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  19. The business wants the ability to add symbols such as + or - when entering the cost. For an example: $40.00 is the list price but they want it to say $40.00+ as the cost may be more then what is being shown

  20. If a client adds a note to an appointment they've booked it would be nice if we could be notified so we could check to see if there are any special instructions or requests. Sometimes a client will add a note to an appointment for something that we don't offer so it'd be nice to let them know as soon as possible.
