  6. I like the way boulevard does it in theory but no one looks at their email receipt to even click one of the happy faces, let alone leave a full review. Considering how important reviews are for service businesses, there should be a separate email AND text making it as simple as possible to leave a review. Maybe having them check their smiley face during the checkout process with an option to skip that section and then sending a follow up to leave a Facebook/google/yelp review.   8. The default lead time for online bookings at our salon is 24 hours -- however, we have a couple of stylists who would like to allow same day bookings online. A way to customize lead times per stylist would be helpful!

  12. The confirmation text should include the service you are scheduled for. We have had people that don't realize what their appointment is when they confirm and then they are angry, or they leave without receiving the service due to their available time. (if they thought it was a 45 minute haircut but it is actually a 90 minute massage, etc...)

  13. It is more natural to block out with a dark color and open up with a light color. White is where the appointments and dark is where they are not. Or let us customize how we view our calendar

  14. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  16. Inventory tracking so if we have zero of a product in stock, you’d be alerted that zero is in stock. We use remote client coordinators and they are not in store to check inventory. We do use product manager to see the inventory but it would be nice to get an alert in checkout regarding no inventory.

  17. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  18. An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.

  19. You should have the ability to click and drag the appointment to move it after check out. Incase if is checked out at wrong appointment time.
