Longer Waitlist Duration Visibility
When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

Expiration dates with products
With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

Show Linked Group Appointments Better
Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.

Ability to void multiple vouchers at a time. We have to manually void out 30+ vouchers individually when they are expired - it's way too tedious and there needs to be a bulk or select-all feature.

Make it possible to send out automated messages with pre and post appointment instructions based on appointment type.
Make it possible to send out automated instructions based on appointment type. For example, pre-appointment instructions for hair removal, and then post-appointment instructions telling them how to report any issues. Right now we have to hand them paper to give them written instructions, or send it by hand.

Gift card email to recipient when purchased in dashboard
When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

Have a marketing email asking clients for reviews
I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

Instant Direct Booking Link via SMS
Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

Automatic Late Cancellation Charges
I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?
If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

Online booking: Suggest other options when there are no times available
Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.
This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

Staff selection first on booking widget
Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.
Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.
