  1. When rescheduling resources there is ZERO need to email a client about the change! Boulevard is WAY to notify the client centric! Do not EVER email clients about resource change. Best implementation would be toggle for default to email clients of appointment changes or not. Rather check the box to notify than to uncheck to not notify. Software cannot keep up as fast as changes can be made (checkboxes are sometimes slow to respond) and would rather say oops, I should have than oops, I did, especially if just rearranging resources.

    This would be as simple as a toggle switch…

  3. Need the ability to view employee schedule for entire month and add schedule for each employee. The current weekly view is a pain. Should be able to see an entire month so you know which days need filled for scheduling.

  9. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  10. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  11. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

  14. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

  15. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  18. Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.

  19. Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

  20. It would be nice to have the ability to auto-generate a random gift card number during the creation process. Ideally, it would know what other numbers were in use and not duplicate them.
