  2. Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.

    This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

  3. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  4. Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

  5. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  8. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

  9. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  10. id like to recommend adding an option to have services offered on certain days and not offered. i have barber that mostly men but wants to start doing haircolor we would like to have him be available on app to get booked for color services only on certain days. so he cant get booked for barber stuff that day

  11. There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.

  12. It would be nice to have the ability to auto-generate a random gift card number during the creation process. Ideally, it would know what other numbers were in use and not duplicate them.

  13. Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service. Clients could then complete their payment directly from their mobile devices, reducing in-person wait times and improving the overall experience. (Mangomint has this)

  14. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  15. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  16. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  18. Online booking widget should recognize existing members and discount member services accordingly. For example, after login it knows I'm a member and will zero-out the service I am booking.

  19. Need the ability to view employee schedule for entire month and add schedule for each employee. The current weekly view is a pain. Should be able to see an entire month so you know which days need filled for scheduling.

  20. Would make it easy to see who has arrived without having to get close enough to see the little arrived icon on their appointment. Also... when appointment times overlap, they cover up the icons.
