  1. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  2. There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.

  3. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  6. The green oval that is used for account credits is always green and my reception misses sometimes when a client has an account credit. When there is no balance on the account credit that oval should be red or another color. When checking out staff will notice the color change for those who have credits with an account balance. That or the other suggestion of a popup would be ideal. From a programming standpoint I think it would be faster to have the color change to red when balance is zero.

  10. Online booking widget should recognize existing members and discount member services accordingly. For example, after login it knows I'm a member and will zero-out the service I am booking.

  12. As our business is growing we need more colors! It can be confusing checking people in and out if 2 workers have the same color attached to their schedule :) Even lighter or darker shades of current colors would be good! Thank you!

  13. Would make it easy to see who has arrived without having to get close enough to see the little arrived icon on their appointment. Also... when appointment times overlap, they cover up the icons.

  14. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

  15. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

  19. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  20. Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal

    I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.
