Add more colors for staff members
As our business is growing we need more colors! It can be confusing checking people in and out if 2 workers have the same color attached to their schedule :) Even lighter or darker shades of current colors would be good! Thank you!

Change appointment color on screen to signal "arrived" in addition to the icon.
Would make it easy to see who has arrived without having to get close enough to see the little arrived icon on their appointment. Also... when appointment times overlap, they cover up the icons.

Account Credit indicator Color
The green oval that is used for account credits is always green and my reception misses sometimes when a client has an account credit. When there is no balance on the account credit that oval should be red or another color. When checking out staff will notice the color change for those who have credits with an account balance. That or the other suggestion of a popup would be ideal. From a programming standpoint I think it would be faster to have the color change to red when balance is zero.

Longer Waitlist Duration Visibility
When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

Ability to void multiple vouchers at a time. We have to manually void out 30+ vouchers individually when they are expired - it's way too tedious and there needs to be a bulk or select-all feature.

When you click a specific time on the calendar to book an appointment, it should automatically book for that time
I've already selected the time I want by clicking it on the calendar and clicking "new appointment". Then I still have to reselect the time again to complete the booking?

Calendar-Day Deposits
We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

Indicate when there is an appointment note on mobile
Unless a stylist purposefully clicks on the appointment, there is no indication that a note needs paying attention to. Would like icon visible or notification.
