  1. I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.

    I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.

    I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?

  2. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  5. There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.

  6. I checked myself out and I was NOT promoted to also leave a review on Google. The boulevard ratings NEED to sync with Google / yelp reviews. Surely there is a code. We have had sooooo many great ratings on boulevard, but none of them are leaving Google reviews

  7. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  8. The green oval that is used for account credits is always green and my reception misses sometimes when a client has an account credit. When there is no balance on the account credit that oval should be red or another color. When checking out staff will notice the color change for those who have credits with an account balance. That or the other suggestion of a popup would be ideal. From a programming standpoint I think it would be faster to have the color change to red when balance is zero.

  11. Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.

    This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

  12. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  17. I would love to see an update to the marketing suite that would allow us to import custom email templates. The marketing suite templates don't offer the level of customization that I'd like to see in our marketing emails.

  19. It would be helpful to send a form to a client at anytime without having a booking. When someone books for someone else, it takes time to cancel the booking, rebook under the other parties' name just to send the form.
