  4. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  7. I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

  9. I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

  14. Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

  16. We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!

  17. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

    Offered a work around for the time being.

  19. It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

  20. We had an idea for rescheduling! So - when clients cancel it will show in their profile history, however when we reschedule it does not show. It would be a good idea since clients reschedule often.
