  2. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  3. Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

  6. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

  9. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  12. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  18. It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

  20. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!
