This is very important to our business with injectables, or peptides or skin care. When having 'events' being able to build packages with vouchers for the products and services will be HUGE!

Update vouchers so they can be used in medispa 'packages'. There is currently know clean why to build a package for injectables (botox, filler, etc). You can do an account credit for each individual syringe - but when having a large event or sale this process is very cumbersome. It would be great if we could build a package for injectables (ie 3 syringes of filler and 64 units of botox). Currently you need to sell as an account credit each individual syringe as an on account product then add the botox.

Please allow voucher to use both services and products

Currently vouchers can only be redeemed for services. It would be great if we could redeem vouchers for products also.

Where are we on this? Although I stop short to call it “critical” but it would be a humongous benefit. Botox, fillers, skincare… our inclusive packages… do you have a timeline on this?

This is the entire basis of my weight loss program. Please fix this!

We offer some packages with 3 Lasers & 3 Skincare products... Having all these represented in a package would be huge.

This would be a huge benefit to our practice. Our main services (botox, filler) are entered as products vs services. This would help make things less confusing than entering account credits that could be used for different services if the patient coordinator doesnt read notes for the specific account credit.

With the option to create a customized care plan package, products need to be allowed as part of the package, like vouchers and account credit

Would love to be able to "gift" certain patients either products or things like "20 units of Botox" but currently our botox is in the system as a product. This means we would have to add the equivalent price in account credit which can get confusing especially if they come in for a different service (like a facial) and want to use account credit for that service (since at checkout there is no way to tell which account credit is from the botox we added vs a prepaid membership or something)

this is SO SO SOOOO important!
We just finished our service menu for our medical spa and this is the main thing we were discussing. We are now hesitant to sell Botox Banks (100 units) because there is no way to keep track of how many units were used and how many are going to be left over

Ability to attach product units to voucher packages such as Botox units, Voluma units, etc.
