This is a huge deal around holiday. We sold packages that need to be giftable & are now having to void from the purchaser and resell ($0) to the gifter. It would be nice if the customer could send to another email/phone number or we could do it for them in the backend easily.

Would love for this to be a setting that we can toggle/change. We saw this when we hired a new front desk & she was quite confused.
