  4. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

  8. It would be easier if there was some way we could adjust the timing of services after we have check out the client completely. Currently there's no way to do that, and I think it would be a great idea

  9. When a client is prompted to leave a review after receiving service, if they choose a 5 star review, automatically take them to google to leave their review. Google reviews are much more valuable to our business. Also, allow the business to choose if only 5 star reviews automatically go to google reviews, or 4 stars as well. Anything below 5 stars (or as set by the business) should go to the boulevard review for feedback. We are getting many boulevard reviews and almost zero google reviews from your service. Should be the other way around to benefit us. Thanks!

  10. As the business owner, I would like to see high level activity such as the Front Desk and Daily Sales. Currently it is useless other than a snapshot of appointments. Thank you.

  11. Auto save would help service providers maintain their progress as they complete charts without having to actively save draft and go back into the chart to continue.

  13. I would love to see an update to the marketing suite that would allow us to import custom email templates. The marketing suite templates don't offer the level of customization that I'd like to see in our marketing emails.

  14. Ability to void multiple vouchers at a time. We have to manually void out 30+ vouchers individually when they are expired - it's way too tedious and there needs to be a bulk or select-all feature.

  16. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

    To address this inefficiency, could a new feature or link be implemented that allows providers to send the providers…

  19. I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

  20. Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.

    In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.
