Space for alternative phone number.
There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

Waitlist with select dates/ “keep on until” dates
Hi! I was wondering if we could adjust how the waitlist is set up? I think it would really help if there was a way we could select how long we want a client on for (example: July 25-Aug 18, week of Sept 7-14, etc) so we don't have to go through the waitlist every few days and filter out those who's "keep on until" date written in the notes section has already passed a while ago, it would be more automatic. Streamline MD signoff process
In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

Ability to import custom email templates into the marketing suite
I would love to see an update to the marketing suite that would allow us to import custom email templates. The marketing suite templates don't offer the level of customization that I'd like to see in our marketing emails.

New Client Report
I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

When booking an appointment, temporarily place a "Currently Booking" hold
Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.
In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.

Schedule a price increase
Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

Preview transactional emails that go out to customers
We would like to be able to view all of the automated emails that go out for booking confirmation, cancellations, receipts, etc and be able to customize those to our brand and business. Currently there is no way in boulevard to even see what is in the content of those emails.
