Waitlist attached to Service Provider
Service provider can easily see who is on their waitlist so they can decided if they can fit the client in

I was coming to say this exact same thing. It would be amazing if the requested employee gets a notification someone is waiting on them. This would be very usefull for anyone who is blocked because its slow. If the waitlist could go to all employees incase anyone wants to jump on schedule to take them, That would be awesome.
