  2. It would be easier if there was some way we could adjust the timing of services after we have check out the client completely. Currently there's no way to do that, and I think it would be a great idea

  3. Rescheduled appointments need to be recorded and displayed in appointment history. Not just cancellations. If a client reschedules 10 times, it doesn't show anything. This is very pertinent information. From a booking standpoint, a reschedule is still a cancellation of that time slot.

  5. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

  7. It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

  8. Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

  9. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  10. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  12. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

This is especially true in HIPAA-compliant med spa settings, where services are more technical than typical salon offerings and often require a personalized assessment before quoting an accurate price. A single listed price can be misleading, creating confusion or unrealistic expectations. To avoid this, we currently list all services at $0 with a note that pricing will be discussed during a free consultation.   20. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks
