  2. Includes added functionality to managing consumable products on the client profile and better support exchanging of banked products. Additionally, include configurations to dictate if their banked amounts are visible on client portal

    I would like to be able to add prepaid product units directly to a client's wallet. There needs to be more ways to add credits with notes into a patient's account.

  3. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  6. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  7. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  8. We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!

    • Pick a date to see Created Appointments & Cancelled Appointments.
    • Appointments appear based on the day they were booked, not the day of the appointment.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  14. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!

  17. I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.
