  2. When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

  3. It's crazy that the providers do NOT get notified if someone reschedules an appointment! How are they supposed to know? Just watch the schedule all day?

  4. Add a place to include the expiration dates of products so they notify you when expiring. This would save time every month when doing manual inventory

  5. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  6. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  7. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.

  11. I would like to see a commission detail report by service provider. Currently have to run two reports, download them copy and paste. Very clunky!

  12. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!

  15. Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

  18. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

  19. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  20. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled
