  2. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development. 

  4. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  5. I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

  7. I would like to see a commission detail report by service provider. Currently have to run two reports, download them copy and paste. Very clunky!

  8. We have a lot of client's who's entire family uses the salon. It would be helpful to have them all connect to one profiles payment method, contact info, etc. but still have their own individual names. We currently just make separate profiles for each of them, but then when you're messaging the phone number sometimes is automatically associated with the child instead of the adult. Also, when checking out, it's hard to charge the card on file when it's under the parent's profile but not the child's. We have some work arounds, but there's got to be a way to…

  9. There doesn't seem to be a authorization for CC when we put them on file, we can store an invalid/expired/duplicate cards on file. So we would like a feature that lets us know that the card we are taking over the phone is valid for cancellation fee's etc.

  14. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  17. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  19. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  20. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.
