Ability to populate and print Appointment Tickets for ENTIRE day instead of having to click into each individual client for the ticket.
We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.

We urgently need the ability to batch-print complete Guest Traveler / Work Tickets for the entire day. Each ticket must contain full service history with pricing paid for at least the last five visits, all retail purchases, the current day’s appointment details, client notes, formula history populated from Vish, birthday and appointment notes, who booked the appointment, and a dedicated space to write down take-home recommendations along with the guest’s next-visit service plan and ideal timing. We are a multi-provider salon model where each guest may interact with several associates, specialists, and stylists in one visit, and everyone needs a single consolidated page showing complete guest history and today’s needs. Every major system we’ve used since 1990—including Millennium, Booker, Timely, and even early DOS versions—provided daily batch printing with this level of detail, and Boulevard is the first platform we’ve used in 45 years that cannot produce this. There is no digital screen inside the software that consolidates all of this information either, making it very difficult for a stylist or associate to get the complete picture of a guest before beginning services. We have been in business since 1980 with three locations and sixty employees, and a true Traveler Ticket system with one-click “Print All Tickets for Today” is critical for delivering the level of service our guests expect. We respectfully request that this be prioritized.

I would love to see more history when printing an appointment ticket. Having the product history is particularly crucial as it will aid in providing a better consultation; which ultimately will lead to an enhanced guest experience.

Would love to have some service history and product history on the ticket for easy conversation. Even better would like to customize the work ticket for branding. If not at least our logo on each ticket

There has to be a way to print all the tickets for the day rather than one at a time. Also, the tickets need to have more information, like last treatment, meds/allergies (for med spas), and appointment notes and client notes.

Before we've had printable work tickets for each client and each stylist which had their history and what services they were receiving that day so when the client is checking out we know we have all the right info

Our stylists use printed tickets to communicate formula histories, notes and price adjustments to front desk staff who enter them into system. Currently it's only possible to print one ticket at a time and each takes several steps to print. Printing a day's tickets takes about 45 minutes of someone clicking and printing. thank you.

for a busy salon that does multiple add on services, a ticket that has the client info, services and purchase/color formula history would be so nice. The current options you have arent condusive for bigger commission salons
