   I would love to see more history when printing an appointment ticket. Having the product history is particularly crucial as it will aid in providing a better consultation; which ultimately will lead to an enhanced guest experience.

   Yes! It would save soooo much time to be able to duplicate a block. For example, 'Team Meeting' or 'Color Class' need to be easily duplicated on the calendar.
