An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Williams commentedWe currently use 2 DUO's at a checkout station and mobile IPads to walk around and check people out. We were using the iPads with the customer's card on file. Then I discovered that using the card on file is considered a "card not present" transaction, which has a much higher processing fee. For us, it equates to about $1,400 a month or $16,800 per year in additional fees for "card not present" checkouts. Having mobile checkout for both checkout and scheduling while the client is in the chair is very convenient. Clients love it and it results in higher pre-booking rates, but for us it's too much in additional processing fees to continue. Please incorporate a mobile check out option into the system, preferably something that plugs into an ipad so we have something larger than a phone screen to work with.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Williams commentedOur stylists use printed tickets to communicate formula histories, notes and price adjustments to front desk staff who enter them into system. Currently it's only possible to print one ticket at a time and each takes several steps to print. Printing a day's tickets takes about 45 minutes of someone clicking and printing. thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Williams commentedWe require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. This is automatic when clients book online. If they call and the front desk staff schedules them, the staff has to remember to get the card number and enter it. If they forget to do this, we have no card on file. We would like the option to set Card on File required before Blvd will allow an appointment to be scheduled.
