Please make checkout mobile-friendly for card present. The duo is huge, and checkout requires a computer AND an ipad. This is not easy when offering concierge mobile services, and there's no need to be paying the card not present fee.

We currently use 2 DUO's at a checkout station and mobile IPads to walk around and check people out. We were using the iPads with the customer's card on file. Then I discovered that using the card on file is considered a "card not present" transaction, which has a much higher processing fee. For us, it equates to about $1,400 a month or $16,800 per year in additional fees for "card not present" checkouts. Having mobile checkout for both checkout and scheduling while the client is in the chair is very convenient. Clients love it and it results in higher pre-booking rates, but for us it's too much in additional processing fees to continue. Please incorporate a mobile check out option into the system, preferably something that plugs into an ipad so we have something larger than a phone screen to work with.

Ability to add a credit card when booking an appointment on the Professional App.

We do not have a receptionist and I think alot more salons are moving this direction. Without a mobile POS system, you have to have a desktop, an ipad and the card reader. It's kindof ridiculous. PLEASE make the POS system available at least through an ipad only.

Helpful to avoid fees associated with cards not being present

Mobile checkout has been promoted on the website for a very long time. We don't even need the ability to swipe a card as most or our clients have a payment method stored on their profile from online booking. Really just need to be able to checkout clients from the professional app using the card on file. If later there's a way to also swipe a new card that'd be great to have eventually
