  2. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  3. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  4. As the owner, I should have a much smoother experience on the phone app then I do. It's difficult to book appointments for clients and see details.

  5. We recently changed from 15 to 10 minute intervals. The PC is fine but on the Professional App it still is displaying in 15 minute intervals. This is causing major issues when trying to view and schedule appointments.

  6. Appointments with a time extension or add-on are not displayed correctly in the app. You have to click on the appointment to see all the extensions and add-ons. This is a problem because it's easy to miss something that needs time to prepare or set up before an appointment. As an example, we have hot salt stones that need to be turned on at least 45 minutes before an appointment or they won't be hot enough.

  9. Currently my location manager can update quantities but not enter new products or update price changes on existing products. As the owner, I have given her autonomy over our inventory and it is up to her to manage. The software is forcing me as the owner to do this and I pay her to do it!

    I do not wish to give her total control over our software so it should be something I can allow in permissions.

  10. Only show times when the business is operating. On the desktop we can edit this, but on the app we have to scroll up and down to see the schedule since it shows a 24 hour view.

  11. Would like to be able to attach forms to a membership or series (product instead of service). The workaround for this now is not ideal at all.

  12. Team is struggling with the mobile view. Liked how on Vagaro they could see their whole week or monthly schedule on one screen vs. seeing only a day or three at a time.

  13. Here the stylist has to EDIT the appointment to see the full service. We have had stylists make mistakes on appointments as they cannot read the full explanation in the app. Or they have to come up to front desk each appointment to check what they are doing and this is untenable long term.
