Permission: Hardware Tab access
Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

I don't really need all my receptionists being able to access all my settings but they absolutely need to be able to reconnect the tablet and card reader when we have service blips- which can happen. I'm not sure why it's so all or nothing with that setting but it would be helpful to have it be more granular.

This is really needed for our business. If the iPad and Duo connections to the software where more stable this wouldn't be needed. But everyone that uses Blvd. knows this is a constant problem that needs fixing and random times in the work day. There's not always an Admin level person on site.
Give us specific access to Hardware only or give us a custom made tablet that connects by USB to the computer and a card reader that connects by USB to the computer so that they Wifi and Bluetooth issues can be a thing of the past.

I would love a granular permissions page where you can choose each individual side menu item for each management section. This would allow much better granular permission settings for everything!
