Especially if it is a common name it only add to confusion for assistants and front end trainees if they accidentally book a deceased client. Other programs have the ability to delete or deactivate profiles. I find it strange that this doesn't.

when elderly clients pass it frees up space and also removes any confusion to new front desk hires to be able to deactivate their old profiles

Sometimes sadly we have older clients that pass away, not quite a 'block this client' situation. Sometimes deactivate has to be an option, even if it's only available at manager level permissions.
