PHONE APP is difficult to book appointment and see details
As the owner, I should have a much smoother experience on the phone app then I do. It's difficult to book appointments for clients and see details.

We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.
