    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

    Why can't we have an auto-reply or signature set in our SMS? As customers, we should be able put something like "Thank you for your message. We reply during our business hours of 11-7" so clients don't think they're being ignored texting before or after hours.

    When clients message us, we should be able to set a signature that tells them the hours that we are available. Some people are messaging us early in the morning and waiting hours to her back, not knowing that chat is only during working hours.

    Businesses work hard to establish their brand. BLVD is making it nearly impossible to create cohesive branding because premier subscribers can only upload one digital asset, which is applied to pages across its platform that are themselves not consistent. We created a black and white negative of our established, broadly used logo in order to improve its appearance on the booking widget that connects our website to boulevard. That logo has replaced our logo across the boulevard platform, and in the gift card link which clients can access from our website, too. Unlike the booking widget, the gift card link has a white banner and the black and white logo disappears into it instead of standing out. With limited digital assets, we need consistency from boulevard to make out brand appearance consistent for our website and clients.
