    Would love the option for a single 20% gratuity icon and a custom choice instead of providing clients with 3 options.

    Rather than a third party tool, it would be great to have the option to charge automatically through Boulevard every month with the payments ending once the balance has been paid in full.

    This would also require a notification of some kind if the customer removes their credit card or if the payment does not go through to prevent providing services to customers that aren't paid for.

    It would be useful to be able to tag or @ staff on certain profiles and leave action items/due dates for them.

    Ex: @billing call back this customer and discuss their payment plan options

    Currently client notes offers subcategories into allergies and medications. For businesses where this information isn't relevant, it would be useful to be able to modify this text and repurpose the additional notes sections into whatever else may be more useful (billing notes, CX notes, etc)

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.

    Partner would like email receipts to be automatically disabled and only sent out when a client requests it

    Currently app metrics only show stats based on one's own performance. Owners who do not perform services may benefit from seeing the same stats but collectively for their entire team. It would be helpful addition for reporting for owners on the move.

    Would be used for staff to clock in upon arrival without having to go behind the front desk
