Ability to Customize Walk-In process on iPad
Business would like the client to simply be able to enter in a phone number or email only. Currently phone, email, first and last name is required. If any of the information is entered differently from the profile including the name, it creates a new profile. The business feels this leave room for error on the clients end and then they have duplicate profiles.

If new customer, make profile
If existing/return customer, then search for profile (with required detail obfuscating for privacy). Based on the information provided, your phone number or email are *****47@gmail.com or ***-***-**39, would you like to confirm by SMS or email to match and correct your client account?
