Provide more details for disputed transactions
The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

I have lost every dispute despite providing a signed client contract. I also have to email and ask for more information on the result, which takes weeks.

I feel similarly. I don't think I have won any chargebacks even though we have clients that have used the vouchers for their service. We are losing revenue based on a subpar chargeback system.

There should also be more transparency behind the chargeback process. What is being submitted on our behalf, when was it submitted, what was the response from the bank, and when was the response received? We are very doubtful at the moment about if ANYTHING is even being submitted, and the chargeback team is unable to provide any proof.
