We require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. This is automatic when clients book online. If they call and the front desk staff schedules them, the staff has to remember to get the card number and enter it. If they forget to do this, we have no card on file. We would like the option to set Card on File required before Blvd will allow an appointment to be scheduled.

Requesting to have the option to toggle on credit cards being required at the time of booking, when booking from the dashboard. This account is having issues with their front desk team skipping this step with has often resulted in the client no showing and them not being able to charge the client.
