Millennium recently updated their checkout process. At checkout, the FD has the ability to generate a link that is sent to the clients phone which will allow them to pay from their phone. This account is asking if we will have something like this soon with Blvd.

Currently, when you deactivate or remove a staff member that has appts on their schedule, it will remove the scheduled services also. Wondering if there is a way to move it to a different staff automatically. Or even moving it to a dummy therapist until they can be resigned by the business.

Currently, if a business takes 100% deposits at the time of booking, a client is booking a service online that has pending voucher available, the system will still ask for a deposit at the time of booking. They are wondering if we can update our feature for the clients that have these pending vouchers. Allowing the system to see those vouchers and not request a deposit since they essentially have already paid for the services. Currently, it is making them pay a second time.

Is there a way to limit the number of times a guest can use the offer? For example, I want all new and current clients to use the offer, however, I only want them to be able to use it exactly once during the offer period.

This account is requesting for an alert that will make them aware when they are about to book a service and the resource is not available . Right now, the system allows the FD to override this action. They is causing the FD to overbook rooms.

Currently if a client is trying to book two services, and only one is available, the system will show that nothing is available.
This account is asking for times to still show for the one service that is available to help still capture revenue for that one service.

Currently, if a provider books from their app, the client will not receive a confirmation email. It is only if the service is booked from the dashboard or booking widget. This client is requesting for emails to be sent when booked from the app.

-The online booking process for some of our clients was difficult because they like to see what their day/time options for multiple therapists at one time. With Blvd you could only see this one therapist at a time, and only after putting the session type in their "cart" first.
The ability to share vouchers on Packages. Currently, this is only available for Memberships.
