  1. there should be a way to track if they owe money for an appointment they late cancelled or no showed and the card on file declined or wasnt present. like a negative account balance where in order to book there account must be brought up to date first.

  2. We need to be able to filter audiences by "no upcoming appointment" so that we can have emails go out only to patients who have no appointments on the schedule!

  3. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  8. Currently my location manager can update quantities but not enter new products or update price changes on existing products. As the owner, I have given her autonomy over our inventory and it is up to her to manage. The software is forcing me as the owner to do this and I pay her to do it!

    I do not wish to give her total control over our software so it should be something I can allow in permissions.

  10. Such as appt time, duration; at current adding services right at checkout leads to larger tabulations on utilization and sometimes even dislodges match maker since added services are covering what was bookable space.

  12. Would love to be able to use the barcode scanner to "scan in" and "scan out" inventory. So as you scan an item it adds to the number received.

  15. Have one time discount codes that are personalized and sent with Birthday marketing messages. This prevents abuse by using them more than once, and provides us something to share with our guests for their Birthday.

  16. It would be nice to add an "unread" option after opening a chat on text messages. Just as they have implemented on the iPhone. Opening and choosing "unread" with a simple swipe.

  17. When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

  18. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  19. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section
