  1. There doesn't seem to be a authorization for CC when we put them on file, we can store an invalid/expired/duplicate cards on file. So we would like a feature that lets us know that the card we are taking over the phone is valid for cancellation fee's etc.

  2. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.

  4. there should be a way to track if they owe money for an appointment they late cancelled or no showed and the card on file declined or wasnt present. like a negative account balance where in order to book there account must be brought up to date first.

  10. ability to add multiple internal appointment notes along with who added the note and when. would help keep track of internal notes between multiple front desk members. similar to how rescheduled appointments show who and when it was moved.

  12. Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.

  13. you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!

  16. A LOT OF MY STYLIST LIKE TO PRINT OUT THERE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY AND WHEN PRINTED THE TEXT/FONT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE PAPER VERY WELL BECAUSE THE FONT COLOR IS WHITE.

  19. We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.

    Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.

    Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.
